Rev. Dave Linka
Pastor
Dave has been at All Saints since June of 2009. He and his wife Katie were married in 1989. They have two grown daughters and a young son. Dave grew up in Virginia and graduated from The College of William & Mary and later earned an MBA from the University of Richmond. His ministry degree is from Columbia Biblical Seminary and School of Missions in Columbia, South Carolina. He served on staff with the Anglican Mission in the Americas and All Saints Church, both in Pawleys Island, South Carolina, from 2003 to 2005. In 2005, the Linkas moved to Northern Michigan, where he served as Rector of New Life Anglican Church in Petoskey through mid 2009. Dave's ministry focuses on preaching and teaching, discipleship and administration.
Rev. Ian Eppard
Assistant Pastor
Ian Eppard grew up in Baltimore, MD. From an early age, he began sensing a call to ministry. Ian attended Elim Bible Institute and College where he graduated in 2014 with a degree in Biblical Studies and Theology. Since graduating, he has served as a worship leader, a deacon, and a youth pastor. Ian is passionate about preaching the gospel and empowering believers to pursue the presence of God and to carry out their unique roles in the kingdom of God. Ian lives in Newport, North Carolina with his wife Kendra and his four children. Ian enjoys hiking, climbing mountains, camping, and being outdoors.
Kendra Eppard
Communications Director
& Worship Leader
Kendra graduated Elim Bible Institute and College in May 2014, married Ian that same month, and they have been serving in various ministries ever since. They have four beautiful children aged 2-8. Kendra oversees the online communications at All Saints as well as the 10:30am worship team. She has a knack for creativity. Singing is her favorite pass-time and her passion is worship. She considers it a privilege and honor to help usher the congregation into God's Presence through music ministry.
Edie Harkey
Office Administrator
Edie is originally from Fayetteville, NC. She moved to Newport full time in August of 2022 with her husband, Steve. Edie has 40 +years experience in banking. She attended Liberty University. Her passions include music, yoga, fishing, baking and spoiling her English Bulldog
Lori Muns
Pianist
Lori Guthrie Muns is a native of Carteret County and grew up in the Promised Land area of Morehead City, surrounded by many extended family members. Lori, along with her two older brothers, were taught to love and serve the Lord from an early age; her family attended church every Sunday, and Lori was baptized at the age of 10. Lori was also drawn to playing piano; her first experience playing piano in church was when she was in the fifth grade and played for the Sunday evening service at Franklin Memorial Methodist Church in Morehead. She continued to play occasionally in church throughout the rest of her school years. In 1991, Lori became the pianist at First Baptist Church in Morehead, where she served for 30 years; she was also the drama director and directed a children’s choir. Lori graduated from ECU with a degree in developmental psychology. She currently works as a Qualified Professional Behavioral Specialist on the Intensive In-Home team at LeChris Counseling. Lori has two adult children and one grandson; she lives in Newport.
Teagan McKenzie
Curate
Teagan is a Kentuckian raised in the Bluegrass with roots in the Appalachian mountains. He is a graduate from Asbury University and Asbury Seminary where his study interests were classical and semitic languages, modern systematic theology, and contemporary challenges to Anglican theology. He serves and is served by All Saints as a curate and is a postulant for ordination in the Anglican Church. His dual purpose in life is to serve God and to serve his family.
